Our firm was founded as UMEN Kauçuk Limited Şti. by Enver Yıldırım a former partner of OKSAŞ and Suzan Batmaz. Initially our main field of operation was manufacture of oil seals for heavy vehicles.In 2002 partnership structure and name changed and we adopted the name Baks Otomotiv Makina Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited which is still in use. In this era we have included LADA and SKODA brand rubber based spare parts and various automotive OEM and garage equipment manufacture in our field of operation. At the same time we have also started to use BAMAKS brand in order to market parts washing machinery.In 2004 our firm was completely acquired by BATMAZ family and transformed into a family business and continued to expand product range.

          BAMAKS is abranch of BAKS Makina Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi which operates in the field of machinery production. We have been producing parts washing machines which is widely used in industry and automotive services since 2004. Our firm is aiming to enter the market with recycling machinery designed and developed solely by BAMAKS with State Development Ageny backing.
